Ordering Process, Shipping, Refunds, and Return Policy


Orders / Shipping

We will process orders during our normal business hours, which are Monday – Friday, 9am – 8pm EST.  Orders placed on the weekend or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping will be ground shipping by USPS, UPS or FedEx.  We reserve the right to cancel your order and/or charge you for any extra costs that arise as a result of any change in the delivery address on your part after the initial order has been placed.

Refunds and Returns

At Raiven, we strive to make your entire experience as easy as possible.  We only succeed when our customers believe in the value of the products and services we provide.  If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please let us know and we will do everything we can to try and make it right. 

If you desire a refund, please contact us at orders.energysage@raiven.com  with your order number and reason for the return.  Refund requests received within 30 days of the purchase date will be honored in full as long as the product is returned in its original packaging, is in good condition and all equipment, accessories, and manuals are returned unused, undamaged, and in saleable condition. 

Shipping costs for returns for any reason other than product defect, will be borne by the customer.  All product returns must be in the original packaging, be unused, undamaged and in saleable condition.  To initiate a return, please contact us at orders.energysage@raiven.com before sending product back in the mail so we may originate the correct shipping labels based on the nature of your return.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days after Raiven has confirmation of receipt of the returned product.  Please note that some banks may take additional time to process the refund on the original form of purchase.


***IMPORTANT EXCEPTION*** UNLESS DUE TO DAMAGED GOODS OR AS PART OF A WARRANTY RELATED RETURN, ALL RETURNED JUICEBOX CHARGING STATIONS WILL INCUR A $50 RESTOCKING FEE AS IMPOSED BY THE MANUFACTURER.  THIS FEE WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE AMOUNT OF AUTHORIZED REFUNDS PROCESSED FOR THE CUSTOMER.


Damaged or Warranty Related Issues

If, within 30 days of purchase or due to a valid, Raiven-verified warranty claim, a return is initiated because of damaged, defective, or incorrect goods. Raiven will provide a replacement order at no cost to the customer.  Before returning any defective products, please contact us at orders.energysage@raiven.com so we can best advise you on shipping requirements for your return.

Raiven reserves the right to modify its Order Processing, Shipping, Refund and Returns Policy at any time.
